The Nixa Lady Eagles won District Runner- Up at the 2011 district golf tournament yesterday. That means the entire team will advance to Sectionals. Peyson Shields was a medalist and was added to the All-District team.

The Nixa Lady Eagles placed 1st overall in the Willard Tournament yesterday with a team score of 384. The following were medalists:
Peyson Shields- 2nd place with 87

Erica Vandiver- 5th place with 95

Skylar Priest- 7th place with 98

Cheyanne Ashe- 10th place with 104.

 

This is the first tournament where we had 4 medalists.

 

We have also been invited to be on the Jock High School highlights show on Saturday morning between 11:00-11:30. This is an incredible honor and our team is very excited about it.

The Nixa Lady Eagles won 1st place in the large COC division tournament on Monday. This is the first conference title in school history for girls golf. Nixa also had 3 individual medalists: Peyson Shields-3rd, Erica Vandiver-6th, Cheyanne Ashe- 10th.
